3 years ago Down We have lost access to our equipment in the Telecity Sovereign House datacentre in London. Initial information suggests this may be related to a datacentre-wide power issue. This appears to be affecting multiple service providers. M247 network traffic has automatically re-routed around this datacentre.
3 years ago Up Our router at Williams House has remained stable since the issue we saw last week. All other elements of the backbone network have been stable throughout this period.
3 years ago Warning Our primary router at Williams House experienced a software error and rebooted at around 8.30am. Some users may have experienced a degree of instability whilst routes reconverged. We will continue to monitor this device closely for the next few hours, but everything appears stable and all diagnostic checks are passing.

3 years, 5 months ago Down We have been advised that the fibre outage to Teledata is due to un-notified planned maintenance work by a third party carrier. This work is expected to be concluded by 6am.

4 years ago Up It appears that one of our backbone routers in Manchester crashed and rebooted, causing a period of instability on some paths while routes reconverged. All services are now operating as normal.
