2 years, 4 months ago Warning Update: We are aware of an incident affecting power availability in some parts of a major London datacentre. Whilst this is not directly affecting M247 systems, a number of upstream suppliers and other ISPs appear to be affected which will be causing disruption for some users.

We are working with our supplier as a top priority and we will provide further updates as they become available.

3 years, 3 months ago Warning The maintenance performed by one of our wholesale broadband suppliers appears to have corrected the latency spikes we were seeing, however some lines still are showing packet loss. We have fed this back to our supplier and are awaiting their response. We will post further updates here as soon as we have them.
3 years, 3 months ago Maintenance One of our wholesale broadband suppliers has scheduled maintenance to resolve the packet loss and slow speed issues that customers have been seeing. This maintenance window will start at 00:01 4th August 2015, and will conclude at 05:00 4th August 2015. PPP on lines may be intermittently down during this window.

They have identified the cause and are currently scheduling emergency maintenance works to resolve this. They have confirmed to us that it is still a top priority for them. 3 years, 7 months ago Maintenance M247 Ltd will be applying software updates to lns1.lon5.uk at 00:01 03/04/2015. Customers may see PPP sessions reset, however lines will reconnect almost instantly to our other LNSes.
